Refund Policy

Effective date: 21 Dec 2025

1. Scope

This policy covers custom development, Chrome extensions, and automation services delivered by Deployers.

2. Upfront payments

Upfront payments secure design and engineering time and are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Milestone billing

For milestone-based projects, fees tied to completed milestones are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been shared.

4. Subscription/retainer work

For monthly retainers, you may cancel any time. The current billing period is non-refundable; future periods will not be charged after cancellation.

5. Change requests

New scope or revisions beyond the agreed plan are billed separately. These amounts are non-refundable once that work begins.

6. Delivery issues

If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, notify us within 7 days. We will review and, at our discretion, either correct the issue or offer a partial credit toward future work.

7. Store submissions

We support submissions to third-party stores (e.g., Chrome Web Store) but cannot guarantee approvals. Fees related to submission support are non-refundable.

8. Exceptions

We may provide refunds where required by applicable law or if a payment was made in error.

9. How to request

Message us on WhatsApp with your project name, invoice, and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 business days.

10. Updates

We may update this policy. The effective date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
